Any citizen who wishes to open new shop or a commercial establishment wants to commence its business within the jurisdiction of State Government, has to register itself under the state shop and establishment act. The process and fee structure depends on the respective state labour laws and rules. You may open a current bank account by submitting this registration certificate in the bank.
